Vita Liberata Trystal Pressed Tan

With the recent weather we've been having you may not even need fake tan but I can't help but talk about my latest discovery from Vita Liberata. I've personally been hiding away because pregnancy and heat do not mix but I still want to inject a little bronze into my life because who doesn't want a glowing, bronzed tan?

Vita Liberata's latest product is the Trystal Pressed Tan, a self tan containing bronzing minerals to give the same results as the much loved loose powder but in a pressed compact. The product offers a beautiful, mineral foundation coverage and instant bronzing in a pure, oil free formula making it so perfect for summer skin.

The compact comes in two shades, Sunkissed and Bronze. It is the first self tanning bronzer to offer mineral coverage and a subtle lasting tan which reacts with your moisturiser or liquid foundation to tan your skin, plus it's great for face or body. It does have an odd, fake tan smell which I wasn't expecting but you don't notice it whilst on skin. The powder is also super soft and easy to apply which makes on the go touch ups ideal.

I've found it's great to use as just a standard bronzer to give that sunkissed glow, I'm too pale to dust it onto skin at the moment without out looking slightly muddy. The compact retails at £25.00 which I think is a little steep but Vita Liberata are known for their fab products and steeper than most price tags so I suppose it's not too bad. I'd love to know what you think of their innovative new product!

  2. seeing this is perfect timing for me! As I'm pregnant too and due in around 5 weeks, so sitting in the sun is a big old nono but I still want to look a little tanned. I've never tried any kind of fake tan before but this sounds perfect! x
