Beautiful Inside & Out

I'm the first person to admit that I don't always take care of myself, I take too much on, I don't always have the chance to grab something to eat and eventually I'll get run down and fall ill. My grandmother always tells me I should be adding vitamins to my lifestyle but I've always thought I'm young and can hack it but recently I've needed that boost. I found exactly what I needed from Seven Seas and I was more than surprised to discover how it would make me feel.

For the last month, I've added Seven Seas Perfect 7 Woman to my diet. Their experts have formulated this particular vitamin with seven key elements specifically for women to care for you from the inside, out. The Perfect 7 Woman aims to support these seven factors:

1. Skin & Nails - Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and nails
2. Hair - Biotin contributes to the maintenance of normal hair
3. Energy - Magnesium contributes to energy yielding metabolism
4. Brain - DHA contributes to normal brain function
5. Vision - Vitamin B2 contributes to maintenance of normal vision
6. Heart - EPA & DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart
7. Hormonal Activity - Vitamin B6 helps to regulate hormonal activity

I've used the 30 day duo pack the last month which contains a blend of Natural Source Marine Oil with Omega-3 plus essential multivitamins and minerals and kept a diary of any changes I noticed so I could tell you exactly what I thought. The main differences I noticed were in my skin, nails and hair as well as hormonal activity and energy. I'd have to see a medical professional to check anything else.

I've had a pretty stressful year and whenever I'm run down or stressed, it's my hair, nails and skin that become the most troubled. My hair starts to break and fall out, my nails constantly split and I start looking pale. Since using this vitamin pack my hair has felt stronger, there has been much less fallout and my nails are starting to grow again. My skin is also clear for the first time in months.

I was also surprised to see my energy increase, especially when I needed it most as I had just started a new job. I get up and out the door easier plus as soon as I'm at my desk, I'm good to go. Usually I need a coffee or two first. Lastly was the hormonal activity. I don't use synthetic contraception because it gave me awful migraines so I can't put any mid month craziness down to that, it's just one of those things that happens to me. This time around I did feel calmer, less annoyed and didn't cry as much. Fab news all round for me and the other half, usually he throws some chocolate at me and shuts the door until I've calmed down! (I joke).

I've already bought myself a second box of Perfect 7 so I can continue to take my vitamins daily, my grandmother will be so proud.

Do you take vitamins at all?
