Nanshy Makeup Brushes

If you had told me a few years back that I wouldn't of been able to do my make up without brushes, I'd of laughed. I tried previously and couldn't get on with them and I hate to say it and I can feel you wincing but I always applied my foundation with my fingers. Shock horror. Fast forward a few years and I have more brushes than I could shake a stick at. Three Ikea tubs full to be precise and you know the ones I mean. Real Techniques have always been my fail safe and still are but one brush company that have been taking pride of place recently and that's Nanshy

I swear their blending eye brush is my fail safe. I wouldn't use anything else, even a MAC 217, it's that good. Having recently switched up my base brushes to some Nanshy ones, I thought I'd share some of my favourites. The Buffed Base R01* is soft, dense and when used to apply your foundation, gives a flawless finished look. So flawless I now own two. The Stippling brush* is what I use when I want a natural finish on a lazy day grabbing coffee. The bristles barely feel like they're touching the skin but leave a beautiful finish.

I also love the Angled Contour Brush* which is perfect for applying bronzer into the hollows of your cheeks. It picks up just the right amount to give you a perfectly contoured look. Nanshy brushes are really affordable, you can pick up the Onyx Black or Pearlescent White Masterful collections for just under £50 which for the quality of the brushes is an absolute bargain. All of their brushes are vegan with synthetic Taklon bristles which absorb less product and transfer less bacteria. If you're wanting decent, affordable brushes then you should really take a look at Nanshy, you won't be disappointed.
