Lush Creamy Candy Bubble Bar

If you have read my Lush Haul post then you would know that I am quite new to the world of ballistics and bubble bars. The last few times I've been in the city center, I have somehow found myself in Lush to then be walking out ten minutes later with another bag of goodies.
This time I picked up a bubble bar called Creamy Candy and a few other bits to try.

Sunday night was cold, dark and raining as usual so out came my new bubble bar. I was shown in store how to use it and how many bubbles to expect but because I didn't feel like there were enough bubbles after crumbling half of it, I decided to use the whole lot. Save to say I was in a pink, bubble mountain by the time I had finished running the now candy, coloured water.

This smells AH-mazing and reminded me of candy floss at a fairground. The scent also stuck around for a quite some time and you could still smell hints of it the following morning.
This one contains cocoa butter and almond oil so you can imagine how soft my skin felt afterwards too! This little gem really impressed me and I went out picked up another one to use yesterday. After all these years there is a little Lush fan in me after all!

What bubble bars have you been using recently?

  1. I love the lush bubble bars, they seem to last me forever since you don't have to use them all at once. My favourite has to be the comforter x

  3. I love the scent of this, it reminds me of shrimp sweeties! If you want loads of bubbles, give the water a good mix with your hand. When I was at uni, we had a bath with the most powerful tap ever, it was ridiculous. However, a tiny crumble of bubble bar used to make so many bubbles, like in a film! x

  6. I have one of these tucked in my bathroom from a bloggers meet gift bag Lush gave us. I've not used it before but it's making my bathroom smell divine! I think my favourite is Candy Mountain, it lasts for ages and smells gorgeous. I can't wait to use this now, just have to find the 'right time' :D x
